Three years ago, Yannik built the Instagram channel that became PATHMOTIVATION — reaching millions and growing to nearly 23K followers. Currently in his 3rd year of training as a media salesperson, he drives everything that keeps the brand visible and moving forward.

Hannes Tschirner | Co-Founder · Operations, Tech & Finance
Hannes has been working alongside Yannik for two years and handles the technical, financial and logistical side of the brand. Finishing his Bachelor's in Business Informatics, 5 years in the gym, and active volleyball player — he brings structure and consistency to the team.

Luke Gärtner | Co-Founder · Product & Design
Luke joined the team at the end of 2025 and brought fresh energy from day one.
Also training as a media salesperson, he contributes his creative eye to the brand and is on his own fitness journey — proving it's never too late to start.
