Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
